Long history

Interesting fact: it is with corporate service that VIP-Service started its history way back in 1993. Gradually, with business growth and emerging new directions and projects, this activity had to be separated into an individual block. As a result, a new legal person, «VIP Corporate Travel», was created in 2009 from several entities.

Business stability

The corporate block is part of the leading consolidator of the Russian ticket market. VIP-Service is «number 1» agent of national carriers such as «Aeroflot» and Russian Railways, has a chain of travel agents in Moscow and other cities, and operates a federal chain of service centers for reservation of airline and railway transport services.

Almost eight million passengers fly every year with travel documents generated through VIP-Service Holding. In addition, VIP-Service sells over three and a half million railway tickets.

Active development

In 2010, the Holding's corporate block became consolidated with «EurocontactPlusLufthansaCity-center», another successful player from Top Twenty of the Russian market. This merger helped increase the resources for further development, upgrade business processes and other aspects of operations. Result: the Holding's corporate portfolio added 80 percent in H1 2013.

Major customers

Our customers include large and medium businesses such as Representative and international companies from a variety of sectors, Russian and international governmental and non-governmental organizations. Many of our customers have a branched regional structure, so we also offer services to their regional business units' employees.

Over 600 clients trust us with organizing their business trips. They include over 30 corporations with public and private capital and annual sales of 1 to 20 mln US dollars.
