It's easy to help!

The reference section for subagents on the website has been updated. As before, Help Desk at www.vipservice.ru contains up-to-date information, but now it is easier to find it. The Library section acquired an extensive and understandable structure, and the search for Help Desk messages was improved.

According to the statistics, obtained as a result of the survey conducted among our subagents in February, about 42% of the respondents visit Help Desk on the website of Vipservice several times a month, almost 20% of respondents visit Help Desk page several times a week. We have systematized information in the Library section and added several new reference sections for user convenience. It will contribute to better orientation of the beginners in the reservation systems: answer to the frequently asked questions in the FAQ, the Glossary of Aviation Terminology and the Aviation Dictionary (English-Russian).
