Congratulations to the winners of Thai Airways contest

From 11 to 15 May, Thai Airways conducted a contest for subagents of Vipservice Holding. Participants were asked to answer 10 questions of the airline. The questions concerned all aspects of its activity: from membership in global alliances to special services for passengers. The first five people, who correctly answered all questions, won the contest.

The winners were congratulated by General Manager of Thai Airways in Russia and the CIS Vichaya Singtoroy and Marketing and Sales Manager of Thai Airways in Russia Mariya Zamova. The congratulations ceremony was held in the office of Vipservice. When the solemn part of the meeting was over and the winners were awarded gifts from the airline, agents had an opportunity to talk informally to the representatives of Thai Airways.  Vichaya Singtoroy and Mariya Zamova explained about the most interesting campaigns for the Russian market and answered questions. One of the most discussed topics was the lack of direct fligths from Moscow to Phuket: according to the agents, many customers appreciate the high quality service on the airplanes of Thai Airways, but don't want to fly to the resort with a transfer in Bangkok and that's why they choose direct flights. As it was replied by Mr. Singtoroy, the airline knows about this problem, but for now there are many objective factors hampering its solution, beginning with a small runway in Phuket, unsuitable for long-range aircrafts flying from Moscow, and finishing with a lack of free slots in the airport of the popular island resort.

Summing up the meeting, the representatives of Thai Airways thanked participants and noted that questions of the agents give a lot to think about. In turn, Vipservice Holding thanks the contestants for their professionalism and active engagements, and wishes them successful sales.
