Motivation and satisfaction of Vipservice Holding's employees and conclusions drawn from survey results

Vipservice Holding has conducted an annual large-scale internal survey to study the level of employee satisfaction and loyalty as well as determine their motivation.

To study the current state of things, a survey was initiated, in which more than 60% of the total number of addressees participated voluntarily and anonymously. These included professionals from all businesses: both from the office and those working remotely. Despite the fact that the majority of employees work from the office, remote specialists showed greater involvement in the survey process. The results were compared with a similar survey conducted a year before.

At the beginning of the study, a hypothesis was formulated as to what qualities Vipservice employees possess. Respondents were evaluated on a number of parameters including gender, age, involvement in one of the holding company's areas of business, etc. Next followed a pool of questions identifying the main criteria of satisfaction, motivation, and loyalty.

The results clearly highlight the potential of human resources: the share of middle-aged employees prevails over other categories, and this remains stable from year to year thanks to the inflow of new specialists.

Among them, the percentage of those who stay after the probation period is high, which indicates the effectiveness of the adaptation system organized in the company, as well as favorable general conditions.

Irina Solovyova, the holding company's CEO, commented on the data received as follows: "Vipservice is a company that has long been perceived among clients and partners as reliable, stable, and also innovative because of its cutting-age technological products. However, it is nice to know that our efforts in the field of personnel policy are not in vain. According to the surveys, every year Vipservice confidently demonstrates the features of an attractive employer brand, and the level of employee satisfaction grows from year to year."

Employee satisfaction is primarily influenced by the following factors: correlation between workload and remuneration, career growth opportunities, comfortable office environment, good social package, and professional training. The psychological climate in the team also plays a rather important role.

Teamwork prevails in the holding company; regular feedback from managers is extremely important to the personnel, and they receive it. The percentage of those dissatisfied with feedback, communication opportunities, assessment of their own achievements, or the presence of any injustice is so little and insignificant that it indicates not only a high level of employee satisfaction but also a high competence of managers. Vipservice even held an IBA course from the Higher School of Economics specially adapted to the holding company's tasks for top management in all key areas.

Pavel Razin, the holding company's HR director, noted with satisfaction that the study confirmed the initial hypothesis: "A Vipservice employee is a team player who secures high results thanks to their professionalism, customer focus, discipline, and ability to work fast. They are energetic, resilient, and easily adapt to new circumstances. They are also ambitious and eager to learn and grow professionally." He said that the study turned out to be very telling and informative. It helped confirm the company's strengths and will help shape new development and reboot programs.

Employees are proud to work for the company. They are well aware not only of the goals of their departments but also of the goals of the holding company as a whole. They can competently talk about the advantages of Vipservice and would definitely recommend working here to their friends. By a number of metrics, the company has a really high percentage of loyal employees.
