Russian Seasons in Deauville
Russian Seasons in Deauville

The magic of Russian ballet is coming back to Deauville on 23 and 24 August 2019. The second Russian Seasons Festival in Deauville will be accompanied by the music of Russian composers – such as Tchaikovsky, Borodin, Stravinsky, Rachmaninoff…

The most famous soloists and most brilliant stars of the Bolshoi and Mariinsky Theatre, Eifman Ballet and Nemirovich-Danchenko theatres will perform extracts from classical and contemporary ballet chef-d’oeuvres.

There is a unique agenda for each day. 23 August will feature the signature programme of Artem Ovcharenko, the star of the Bolshoi Theatre. You can continue the night at the gala dinner. On 24 August, the dancers will present chef-d’oeuvres of classical and contemporary ballets in the original choreography in Music Box performance.

The Festival will be directed by Sergei Filin. The list of stars include Artem Ovcharenko, Anna Tikhomirova, Semyon Chudin, Nina Kaptsova, Denis Rodkin, Eleonora Sevenard, Denis Savin, Natalya Filina, Tatyana Tkachenko, Ivan Oskorbin, Yelena Solomyanko, Innokenty Yuldashev, Mariya Kochetkova, Sebastian Kloborg, Oleg Garbyshev, Lyubov Andreeva.

We advise you to book the hotel in Deauville in advance (we keep the contractual rates even for the dates of the Festival) and buy the ballet and gala-dinner tickets before it is too late. The ancient theatre in Deauville is way too small to accommodate everyone attracted by the brilliant performance and unique programme.
