Irina Solovyeva appointed as executive director of Vipservice Holding

The largest Russian consolidator, agent No. 1 of the national carrier Aeroflot, the leading agent of RZHD has announced a new appointment. Irina Solovyeva, managing director of the subagent business, has been appointed as executive director of the holding. The main aim of this personnel rotation is to optimize the Vipservice Holding management structure.

Irina joined the holding in 2011. At the time, she was Vipservice and Biletix rebranding project manager. The updated brands of the holding and OTA were presented in 2012. They won the silver and bronze medals at Transformation, European branding competition, and thus got the attention of the professional community first and then of the entire market. In 2013, Irina was offered the position of the client director to undertake the integration of Vipservice brand into the key business aspects.
In 2015, she was appointed as the managing director of subagent business and thus became the head of the largest block of the holding.

Irina commented on her new status: "Today, new tasks important not only for one business block but for the holding in general have been added to my agenda. For many years, Vipservice has considered it its mission to work in such a way that clients, personnel, and business partners choose it with their heart. I see my task as an ever closer consolidation of the entire organization around this goal."

Answering the question about her primary tasks, Irina Solovyeva said the following: "Despite the fact that the area of my responsibility has expanded greatly, my managerial strategy comes down to four key points: developing people through the effective exchange of knowledge and establishment of horizontal links; increasing the effectiveness of vital processes; strengthening the loyalty of all interested groups and not only of customers; achieving high financial results. And one more point, my personal: accomplishing these goals in harmony with my life principles: common sense, healthy leadership, and professional growth."
