The Minister of Culture Awarded the Head of Vipservice Holding

On the 28^th of September, an official ceremony for awarding the top departmental honours in the area of tourism took place in the Ministry of Culture. This event coincided with the World Tourism Day celebrations. In his open statement, Vladimir Medinsky mentioned that thanks to the joint efforts of the state and the industry, the key indicators of both domestic and inbound tourism have significantly increased in the last few years.

The Minister handed Dmitriy Gorin a certificate of gratitude for the invaluable contribution to the development of tourism and lasting effective work. In his response, the CEO of Vipservice holding thanked the Ministry of Culture for the fruitful collaborative effort. "Collaborative effort, subsidy programme for domestic and inbound tourism, current issue resolution are all extremely important for the tourism industry. It leads to the fact that we have more tourists travelling within our country," said Dmitriy Gorin.
