Dmitry Gorin was appointed advisor to the head of Russiatourism

On March 13, 2019 the general director of Vipservice became the advisor on a pro bono basis to the head of the Federal Agency for Tourism Zarina Doguzova. His competence was extended from transportation issues to expert and analytical consulting, including tourist traffic, and support of performance of the Agency's main tasks and powers.

Dmitry Gorin, in his turn, noted that the opportunity to cooperate with the government, represented by Russiatourism, is very important for the development of the industry. Especially now, when the government is paying great attention to tourism and the industry is recognized as a significant economic sector and is regulated at the highest federal level.

"For me the main areas of our cooperation with Russiatourism are the improvement of the quality of tourism services, protection of tourists' interests, strengthening of government support for tour operators, promotion of Russia in the international market, active development of inbound tourism and establishment of healthy competition between outbound and domestic tourism," said the head of Vipservice.
