Vipservice subagents to celebrate summer in Prague

Czech Airlines and Vipservice Holding have announced the results of the contest 'Summer in Prague'. The participants had to answer 15 tricky and funny questions about the Airlines' services to get a chance to win a trip to one of the exciting summer festivals in the capital of the Czech Republic. A lot of the contestants showed amazing knowledge and did so well that the companies had to use a randomiser to select the 10 winners.

The award ceremony was held on May 22 in Marriott Hotel Novy Arbat 5*, Moscow. Representatives of Vipservice and Czech Airlines, including Jiří Svoboda, Regional Manager for Russia and the CIS at Czech Airlines, attended the event to congratulate the subagents and grant the certificate with the precious Moscow-Prague-Moscow ticket.

Ekaterina Polivanova, Head of Subagents Department at Vipservice, was the first to welcome the guests. Her speech was followed by Elena Baymashkina, Deputy Director of Air Department. 'We are very grateful to all the participants for taking part in the contest and for showing your amazing knowledge of our partners' services', – said Elena.

Jiří Svoboda, Regional Manager for Russia and the CIS at Czech Airlines, pointed out the company's long history – established in 1923, it is currently one of the longest-running airlines in the world. Lilia Butorina, Sales and Agencies Manager at IATA, encouraged the guests to use the airlines' website to discover the latest news and learn more about the company's services. Representatives of Czech Airlines also gave a presentation about their company to the subagents. The ceremony almost turned into a seminar – contest winners had a lot of questions and were very eager to learn more about the airlines firsthand.

The event ended with another pleasant surprise for the subagents. Lilia Butorina arranged a competition for a model of the branded A319. Natalya Valilyeva was the one to leave Marriott Hotel Novy Arbat 5* with two gifts.

The ceremony was followed by a reception where they served Prosecco and Mediterranean refreshments. Vipservice representatives and the subagents agreed that this kind of events should be more frequent. Apart from meeting the airlines' representatives face to face, it's also a great way to get to know your colleagues and just have a good time.
