Waking Flights

A positive forecast will be: many airlines are preparing to restart flights in the summer, some are starting this month. Vipservice analyzed the information received from the official resources of the airlines - news sections of sites, accounts on social networks or newsletters with notifications and special offers.

Thus, from May, Air China will operate flights on 22 international routes per week, including 17 routes through Beijing, three routes through Shanghai Pudong and two routes through Chengdu; Air Astana will resume domestic scheduled flights between Almaty and Nur Sultan; Bangkok Airways will operate flights on the Bangkok-Samui-Bangkok route - 2 flights are planned daily; KLM resumes its European flights: every day, one flight will be operated to Rome, Madrid, Barcelona, Milan, Budapest, Prague, Warsaw, Helsinki.

Starting May 18, flights are to be resumed with Czech Airlines on separate routes to/from Prague. The first destinations include Amsterdam, Paris, Frankfurt and Stockholm. From May 24, flights between Prague and Kiev will be added, a day later – flights between Prague and Odessa, provided that quarantine measures in Ukraine are terminated, as is currently planned. And from May 25, flights between Prague and Bucharest will also be resumed.

Air SERBIA resumes regular passenger service from June 01. From May 18, limited flights to London, Frankfurt, Zurich and Vienna will be operated. Starting June 01, other destinations will be added. The preliminary summer schedule of regular flights will undergo certain changes.

Starting June 01, Pobeda Airlines also starts flights, while launching an unprecedented discount offer. Reservations are available from May 14th.

It is important to mention that all this will be possible only if safety measures are followed: wearing masks and gloves throughout the flight both by the crew and passengers, following social distance standards, increased disinfection measures, and the presence of antiseptics. Also, food and drinks on board were temporarily suspended. At the same time, for example, Ural Airlines organized the possibility of delivering its on-board food home. Rations are sold exclusively in travel containers familiar to travelers.
