When a company is large, with at the same time actively developing different lines of business, which, undoubtedly, belongs to the Vipservice holding, it is important to have a system that unites corporate life. Therefore, the portal is both the mouthpiece of the HR department and the unified communication environment of the company, while the tools for solving a wide range of tasks.

Its launch took place in February last year - as a result of changes in the management structure, access to innovative solutions that require basic support. Functional gradually increased, development continues to this day. “The corporate portal is now a key information center. There are still some supportive corporate mailing lists, but there aren’t, for example, bulletin boards in the office space, ”commented HR Director Vipservice Pavel Razin. It is worth noting that the platform simultaneously solves two problems at once: on the one hand, process automation, electronic document circulation and alerts, on the other, an environmentally friendly component, which is also important for the life cycle of a serious modern company: CSR is the choice of leaders.

With the help of this resource, work with various personnel and accounting documents has been simplified - such as making vacations or obtaining certificates for banks (the latter is especially relevant in today's mode). A number of simple everyday tasks - ordering office supplies, an application to the IT department to solve some problems, is also solved through the portal.

It is also a kind of "library of knowledge" for a number of units. And if earlier documents were printed and formed in special folders for managers, now the process has switched to electronic format - they say it is convenient.

An interesting practice of “outside view” was to attract HSE students (*Vipservice top management is studying under the MBA program at the Higher School of Economics - an agreement has been reached on internships at the company). They analyzed the work of the portal and its functionality, so they were able to understand in practice the operating principles of such an important tool of internal communications. Inspired by the study, young professionals shared several creative ideas for filling and visualization.

Today, the portal is downloaded from all employees when you turn on the computer. It carries a number of functions: information, management and workflow automation. The plans have various ideas for further development. So, in the near future, the corporate portal will help to solve the problem of controlling attendance and taking into account the work schedule of employees - this will truly be a relief for everyone: it is much more convenient to organize the process through the portal than in the case, for example, with a card forgotten at home, for a long time to resolve the issue of registration of a temporary pass and coordination of hours of work.
