Olga Sidorenko, Deputy General Director for Accounting and Tax Reporting, has been with Vipservice for 25 years. She progressed from a junior accountant to Chief Accountant, a position she held for ten years, and last year advanced to a new role as Deputy General Director.

Olga’s meticulous analytical work revealed even greater potential to the company’s CEO, leading her to embark on a professional retraining program at the Higher School of Economics. Over the course of more than a year, she completed the Chief Financial Officer program.

The program covered investment management, corporate finance, tax planning, and cash flow administration, providing a comprehensive understanding of business management. In addition to updating and deepening professional expertise, it offered opportunities to engage with industry experts, exchange practical experience, and build valuable professional connections.

Olga notes:

Her essay, “Organizing the Work of a Company’s Finance Function,” written in response to the assignment “Does your company’s financial management correspond to the competencies defined by CFO 4.0?”, was recognized as one of the best in the program.
