On October 20, Alena Eivel, Operations Director of MICE at Vipservice’s Corporate Business Division, spoke at the practical session “ReEvent: Rethinking Corporate Events,” organized by the St. Petersburg International Business Association (SPIBA).
The event took place at the Levashovsky Bread Factory and brought together more than 40 representatives of corporate companies from Russia’s Northwest region, as well as experts in communications, marketing, event management and PR.

In her presentation, Alena discussed how to create engaging event experiences and turn corporate gatherings into compelling stories that participants will remember long after the event. She emphasized that traditional formats built around a series of presentations and separate activities are giving way to a more holistic approach focused on audience engagement and emotional experience.
“A compelling story does not necessarily require a complex plot or a theatrical show. It can be a simple, clear idea that brings people together and makes them part of the experience. What matters is that the story aligns with the event’s objectives, resonates with the audience and gives participants the opportunity to become the main characters rather than just spectators,” Alena Eivel noted.
The session provided an opportunity to share Vipservice’s expertise in corporate event management and discuss new approaches to creating meaningful experiences with business representatives.
